15 Minute Halloween Pin

Make this super cute 15 Minute Halloween Pin with just a few supplies. Four different varieties to choose from!I’m so excited to be sharing the first official Halloween project for the year! It’s my absolute favorite holiday to craft for by far and you can rest assured, this is just the tip of the iceberg. I decided to start the spookiest of seasons off with an easy 15 Halloween Pin tutorial. Honestly, you can probably get all four done in 15 minutes (minus the drying time) but for sure you can definitely finish one. Thanks to the lovely Craft Lightning ladies for letting me participate in this fun Halloween edition!

Materials:

  • Mod Podge Melts Mold – Ornaments
  • Mod Podge Melts – Metallic
  • Plastic Skull Rings
  • 1″ Steel Pin Backs
  • Ad Tech Mini Glue Gun
  • Aleene’s® The Ultimate Multi-Surface Adhesive™

15 Minute Halloween Pin - SuppliesStep One. After assembling supplies, determine which of the mold frames you plan on using and fill with Mod Podge Melts. You’ll want to go kinda slow and fill in as much of the frame detail as possible. Don’t worry about making it perfect, Halloween accessories always look better with a few imperfections! While you’re waiting for the melts to cure (a few minutes), trim the ring sections off the back of the skulls to prepare for gluing.

15 Minute Halloween Pin - PrepareStep Two. Use the multi-surface glue to attach the skull face to your frame. Allow to dry completely before moving on to the next step.

15 Minute Halloween Pin - GlueStep Three. Once the skulls are securely attached, glue the pin backs and allow to dry completely.

And there you go, my first Halloween project of the year and you can finish it in less than 15 minutes. Don’t you think these would be perfect to give to your children, students, or co-workers? They’re easy to make and you can whip a bunch of them up in no time with a little assembly line process. Who wouldn’t love to wear one on Halloween?! Thanks again to 100 Directions, The Country Chic Cottage, and 30 Minute Crafts for having me participate in Halloween Craft Lightening!
