We’re sick over here (again!) and even though I have a million things to finish for Max’s birthday party next weekend, my sick kiddos are requiring all my attention and then some.
Time to pull out that random roll of large labels I thrifted the other day…instant train track. Jack has fun running his trains all over the living room, Max is entertained with the trash and I can finally get to that cup of coffee my kids need me to drink. It’s a win/win!

Thanks for posting this. I have been looking for something to do with a roll of labels that have been following us around for 6 years. Another great idea for a sick day in is to write letters or draw shapes on post-its (I have a thing for office supplies) and put them all around the room. Then let two little boys loose to find as many as they can. Johnny loves the hunt while Peter is happy to find one or two and focus more on what is on the paper than finding it.
