This weekend is Renegade Craft Fair in Austin! Other than the fact that all Renegades are absolutely amazing, this one has a special place in my heart since it was the last one I did as Gerbera Designs, before I decided to take a break from the fun but exhausting world of indie business and focus on the fun but exhausting world of my children. I loved everything about this fair and know you will too!
If you’re in the area, I highly suggest you devote at least a few hours to the RCF and while you’re there, make sure to check out some awesome friends:
Visit As Small As Me for all your hand-carved stamped t-shirt needs. With natural themes printed on organic fabrics, you’re going to want to buy one of everything. Jack wore his “Read To Me” tee in the photo I used for my Forward Facing Bookshelves tutorial and it was quite the hit in the Apartment Therapy feature.
If you’re in the market for a custom printed journal, guest book or sketch book, you have got to check out Make My Notebook. Highly customizable with different sizes, styles, colors, papers, binding…the options are limitless! I’m absolutely smitten with her “Hello Sunshine” cover.
Happy shopping everyone!

I LOVE YOUR WEBSITE! I am not a mother, not even an adult; just a 14 year old girl. Even though I can’t relate to the ‘having a child’ and ‘keeping them occupied’ business, I still am in love with this blog. You have so much ingenuity and creativity; I love it! Thank you! I am definitely going to refer to this wonderful guide of yours when I am 20-something years old, and I have a family, and kids. Thank you 🙂
