Do you all keep a journal? I’m the absolute worst at it. I’ve tried to do it off and on for years but I think I’m honestly more attracted to the stationary and pretty pens than the strict regimen of writing every day. That’s why I love the idea of a Gratitude Journal where I jot down one thing a day that I’m thankful for. Some of the entries are profound, some are silly but all of them matter and should be remembered!
I received product and compensation for this post. All opinions and ideas are 100% my own.
The easiest way to remember to use a Gratitude Journal is to place it in a high traffic area. I used this awesome Acrylic Desktop Stand from Heidi Swapp’s new Make Pretty Stuff line (available in different colors and prices at JoAnn stores and online) and added custom Gratitude Journal pages for each month (scroll down for free printables). The pretty Acrylic Desktop Stand fits in perfectly on top of my craft desk and is an obvious reminder for me to use it.
Assembly is a breeze. Just print off my Gratitude Journal Calendar Pages, cut and punch, disassemble acrylic stand, and then reassemble with the pages included. There’s plenty of room to add years and years of gratitude!
Here are the free printable calendar pages (Jan-Mar, Apr-June, July-Sept, Oct-Dec) just in case you’re interested in making your own pretty Gratitude Journal with a Heidi Swapp Acrylic Desktop Stand. You can even use some of the adorable Heidi Swapp embellishments to decorate the pages more. Everything is so beautiful, you’ll definitely be inspired to #makeprettystuff!
I really hope you’ll consider making a Gratitude Journal! It’s amazing how taking a few minutes a day to practice gratefulness can really affect your mood and outlook on life. Just give it a shot and I promise, you’ll definitely enjoy it!
