Whether you’ve got an entire room devoted to your craft supplies or just a corner of your dining room, odds are that you’re in desperate need of some craft room organization. Lucky for us, Cricut Maker is ready for the task!
Meet The Maker
Before I get started, I wanted to make sure that I gave you a proper introduction to the Cricut Maker. Not only is it perfect for organizing a craft room but it’s also amazing for so many other things as well! From vinyl to fabric, chipboard to wood (Yes, I said “wood!”), Cricut Maker is ready to bring your creations to life.
Craft Room Organization
I needed to organize the wood closet in my craft room for a long time and when I found these stackable bins at a thrift store, I immediately know what I was going to use them for. I love that I can remove one bin without having to take down all the others but, unfortunately, they’re kind of difficult to see what the contents are. Cricut Maker to the rescue!
Design Space
I was able to enter in the names for each label super quickly on my phone using the Design Space app. Usually I use my desktop when designing larger projects but since I just wanted to cut out simple words, my phone was the easiest option!
After cutting and weeding out all the labels, all I had to do was apply them to the front of each case with Cricut transfer tape. I love that the grid on the transfer tape helped me keep the words straight and that I was able to use each tape panel three times before cutting another one.
Can you believe how easy it was to make these labels to organize my craft room a bit more? Now that I’m on a roll, I’m ready to organize my whole house! Ready to get one of your own? You can purchase the Cricut Maker at your local Michaels right now and at Costco and Wal-mart soon!
