I’m doing a little something different today and sharing with you the awesomeness that is this Apple Pie Snickerdoodle Cookie Bar created by Keri from Shaken Together! She is easily one of my favorite bloggers and is sooo talented at food, crafts, and diy. Is there anything this girl can’t do?! I have her Peach Shortcake already pinned for next year when our peach tree will be mature enough for fruit!
One of the great thing about many of Keri’s recipes is that they come together quickly, using ingredients that are easy to find at any grocery store. Check out the ingredients I needed to make the Apple Pie Snickerdoodle Cookie Bars. Three things and that’s it. How awesome is that?! (make sure to click on the link to read the full recipe)
The prep for these bars is just as simple as the ingredient list. This would be the perfect recipe to make for those last minute family or friends get-together!
I’m afraid I may have taken mine out of the oven a little too soon. My boys were biting at the bit and probably would have eaten these raw if I let them! Seriously, the smell coming out of the kitchen while these were baking was absolutely amazing and totally make me long for the cool, crisp days of Autumn. Thank you so much, Keri, for letting me try out your Apple Pie Snickerdoodle Cookie Bars, they were every bit as amazing as your pictures made them look!
