I’ve been a little crazy about Tilt Shift editing lately. I just went through all my pictures (You don’t even want to know how many there were, both Jim and I are crazy photo lovin’ fools!) and found a few that worked well. The photograph of the El Paso mountains is my favorite. Isn’t it crazy how much like a miniature set it looks?! Look at the little cars and street signs. Even the trees look fake.
Just in case you want to try your hand, there is a super easy tutorial on tiltshiftphotograpy.net. The hardest part was trying to figure out what pictures would and wouldn’t work. Check out Flickr’s Tilt Shift Miniature Fakes Pool to help you find the perfect picture for your miniature.

I tried this a few years ago on some vacation pictures and it is so cool! Thanks for the reminder to go through some more recent pictures… framed versions might make nice Christmas gifts!

I didn’t know there was a pool for this! I’ve only tried one, officially. Good job!
