I don’t know about you guys but I sorta kinda love Thanksgiving. It hasn’t always been that way though. As a kid, it always felt as if Thanksgiving was just a rehearsal to Christmas, all the stress but without any fun gifts. Now that I’m an adult, I totally look forward to eating really good food with the people I love and then lounging on the couch while watching Home Alone (another family tradition I adore!) I made this Thanksgiving Wall Art Free File for the monthly Free Cut Files Blog Hop and hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Making this really couldn’t be easier since you can just pull the free “Thanks and Giving” file I designed in Adobe Illustrator and apply to any surface you want. I had a small menu board I found in the dollar section at Target last year that I’d been dying to customize so the file is sized to fit it but you can always adjust the size when you pull the SVG file into your cutting program. I used 14k Gold Permanent Vinyl from Expressions Vinyl and my Cricut Explore Air 2 to cut. Both the vinyl and the machine cut the file without any issues.

After weeding the cut vinyl, I used Transfer Paper to apply the words to the menu board. It was super easy to make sure it was centered since the board has a center line to use as a guide. Almost done!
A quick swipe with this handy vinyl application tool and I was done!
I absolutely love how the gold vinyl reflects the light in so many beautiful shades. I can’t wait to see how this Thanksgiving Wall Art Free File looks on our Thanksgiving table!

May I use this file for commercial use. I would like to make signs with the saying.
