Ingredients

Pitted Medjool Dates
¼
cup
Coconut Oil
¾
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1
pinch
of sea salt

Instructions
Soak dates in warm water for 15 minutes.
Combine drained dates and melted coconut in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add cocoa powder and salt and process again until a small ball forms.
Transfer to baking dish and press down evenly with a cloth to absorb any excess coconut oil.
Place in fridge for at least one hour to harden before serving.
