Brazilian Lemonade Ice Cream Punch

Ingredients

Ice Cream

  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 2 14 oz. containers of sweetened condensed milk

Limeade

  • 2 cans of frozen limeade
  • water
  • limes optional

Instructions

Ice Cream

  • Pour cold heavy whipping cream into the bowl of a stand mixer and beat until peaks form (3-5 minutes).
  • Pour cans of sweetened condensed milk into a large bowl and slowly fold in whipped cream until just barely mixed. Be careful not to over mix!
  • Pour into a 9" x 11" baking pan and cover with waxed paper to prevent ice crystals forming.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours.

Limeade

  • Mix the 2 cans of limeade according to the package directions.
  • Cut lime slices and add to limeade.
  • Pour limeade over one scoop of ice cream and serve.
