I tore a ligament in my ankle last year and after months and months of therapy and steroid shots, it still bubbles up like a balloon if I run more than 3 miles at a time. Total pain…literally! I’m not ready to give up on running quite yet but I’ve definitely had to incorporate more low impact workouts into my routine which includes getting on the bike more often. I made this “Life Is Good” Bicycle Lovers Tee to remind me that life is, indeed, good!

Go For Glam
I originally made this design as a three part Bike Love series (download the original posters here!) but it translated perfectly as a cutting machine file. I used Mirrored Gold Chrome Heat Transfer Vinyl from Expressions Vinyl because who doesn’t need a little glam in their life sometimes, right? I made the mistake of using just plain HTV settings and had to cut a few of the lines by hand. Highly suggest you use Expressions Vinyl’s recommended settings found here. Also don’t forget to flip the image!
Hit The Road
After a few pass overs with a hot iron, my “Life Is Good” Bicycle Lovers Tee is ready to go! I love how this simple design pops with the mirrored gold vinyl and almost rests perfectly flat on the t-shirt. I’ve said it at least a dozen times but it bears repeating, you can’t go wrong with any products from Expressions Vinyl! (This is totally not a sponsored post, I just really love EV!)
Life Is Good
So, there you have it, I’ve got my fancy new “Life Is Good” t-shirt ready to go. Now I just need to find the constant motivation to get out of my warm bed and put it to good use! Feel free to grab the free Silhouette Studio file below to make one of your own. Personal use only, please. Hope you enjoy it!

I am going to have to get some of that gold vinyl! I love it! I’m a big fan of the “o’s” being out of the bike wheels.
